tender process.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), 'K' Division NWR

Delivery is required on or before March 31, 2013.
RCMP requests no substitution because the Scan X Scout has a
built in rechargeable battery and patented built-in erase
features and no other known source can supply an equivalent or
similar product.
RCMP has been trained using this equipment. Commonality is
crucial for investigations and members safety as the transfer of
equipment and personell between divisions is a normal occurrence.
This requirement is subject to AIT.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
