The PWGSC Vancouver office provides procurement services to the
public in English.

Requirement

Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement to supply
and deliver twenty (20) ruggedized handheld inventory scanners
and twenty (20) direct thermal barcode label printers with a
twelve (12) month warranty to CSC's Headquarters located at 99
Bank Street, Ottawa, ON. The ruggedized handheld barcode
printers and thermal barcode label scanners must meet the
mandatory specifications at Annex A.

There is an optional requirement to purchase up to one hundred
and ten (110) additional ruggedized handheld inventory scanners
and one hundred (100) additional direct thermal barcode label
printers over the next six (6) years and deliver to various
locations listed in Annex B for this requirement. If the
original model is not available as it has reached its End Of
Life (EOL), a compatible substitution model can be offered from
the company. However, this new model must meet the mandatory
requirements of this RFP.

Delivery
The ruggedized handheld inventory scanners and direct thermal
barcode label printers must be supplied and delivered no later
than four (4) weeks upon receiving an order for the delivery.

Security
There is no security requirement associated with this
requirement.

Trade Agreements
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade
Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), Canada-Chile Free Trade
Agreement (CCFTA), Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement(CPFTA) and
the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
