REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION
The RCMP in Miramichi, NB has a requirment for the supply and
delivery of a high speed, colour scanner
This requirement includes a three (3) year on-site warranty
Bidders must propose a system meeting the minimum mandatory
specifications detailed in Annex A of the Request for Proposal.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
DELIVERY
Delivery is required no later than 3 weeks after contract award.
EVALUATION METHODOLOGY
Bidders must comply with all of the requirements of the bid and
will be required to meet or exceed a set of minimum mandatory
specifications to be declared responsive. The responsive bid
with the Lowest Total Evaluated Cost will be recommended for
award of the contract.
