RCMP "D" and "K" Divisions have a requirement for twenty page
per minute (20ppm) document scanners with three year warranty.
700 units are to be delivered to "D" Division in Winnipeg, and
198 units are to be delivered to "K" Division in Edmonton.
Optional Quantities include an additional 898 units.
There is no security requirement associated with this
procurement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
