DESCRIPTION:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Bakery
products.
IDENTIFIED USER:
Correctional Service Canada, Port-Cartier Institution,
Port-Cartier, province of Quebec.
PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
From July1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 inclusive.

Délai:
Le délai de livraison ne devra pas dépasser 72 heures après
réception d'un document de commande.
Instructions spéciales:
Le fournisseur devra s'assurer que les membres de son personnel
auront en tout temps une carte d'identité, sinon l'accès au site
leur sera refusé.
Le fournisseur prendra note que l'établissement étant à haute
sécurité, un (1) seul camion à la fois peut accéder au
débarcadère. Il est donc possible que le conducteur du véhicule
ait à attendre pour avoir accès à l'établissement.

APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING OFFER:
The approximate scope of the Standing Offer is $6,000.00 for the
period from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 inclusive.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
Offerers must submit a list of names or other related
information as needed, pursuant to Section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006.
