for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

DESCRIPTION:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Meat, fish
and poultry.
IDENTIFIED USER:
Correctional Service Canada, Port-Cartier Institution,
Port-Cartier, province of Quebec.
PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:
From November 1, 2012 to October 31, 2013, divided into four (2)
three- (3-) month periods.
Note: Offers will have to be submitted for each period, as per
the schedule in Annex "B".
One or more Standing Offers could be issued for each period.

Delivery time will not exceed 72 hours after reception of an

Special instructions:
Please note that this Institution is a high security facility
and only one truck at a time can access the unloading dock.
Therefore, the driver may have to wait before entering the
Institution's perimeter.
The supplier shall ensure that his staff members carry a proof
of identity at all times, or they will be denied access to the
site.
QUANTITIES:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.
APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL:
The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $137,000.00
for the period from November 1, 2012 TO October 31, 2013
inclusive.
INTRODUCTION OF A NEW CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATION:
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, offerers
should provide, with their offer or promptly thereafter, a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Offerer.
Canada may, at any time, request that an Offerer provide
properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a
Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or
all individuals named in the aforementioned list within a
specified delay.
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
"The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT)."
