SAFETY CONSULTANT SERVICES
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement for a third party independent review of its Atlantic
Region Safety Management System in Nova Scotia.
Evaluation Methodology
Bids will be evaluated on a set of mandatory requirements and
POINT RATED criteria.
Selection Methodology
The evaluation will be based on the highest responsive combined
rating of technical merit and price. The ratio will be 60% for
the technical merit score and 40% for the pricing score.
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31,
2013 inclusive.
