To supply and deliver a quantity of 1000 metric tonnes of bulk
road salt at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden, in Borden,
Ontario. The salt must be in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB
15.9-92. It is mandatory that the Bidder's proposed product
comply with Annex A- Requirement. The salt will be delivered in
three increments, with final delivery required by March 21, 2013.
