Led by the Center of Expertise in Agile and Innovative Procurement (CoEAIP) from Shared Services Canada (SSC), ScaleUp targets micro & small businesses that are either indigenous businesses or businesses owned or led by underrepresented groups (women, visible minorities and/or persons with disabilities). Our vision is to award hundreds of IT-related contracts -each valued up to $238,000- to these businesses. ScaleUp includes user-friendly, intuitive and interactive solicitation documents that allow an expedited and simplified solicitation process that can be usually completed within two weeks.
