This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W8476-134036/A dated 15 October, 2012 with a
closing of 27 November, 2012 at 2:00pm EST.

Description:

Item 001, Qty One (1), Semi-Trailer, 53-foot long, van body, 30
ton payload capacity, dual wheel, tandem in accordance with
Annex B - DND Purchase description. Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
Greenwood, NS

Item 002, Optional Qty up to two (2), Semi-Trailer, 53-foot
long, van body, 30 ton payload capacity, dual wheel, tandem, in
accordance with Annex B - DND Purchase description. FCA Free
Carrier at Contractor's Canadian facility or Contractor's
Canadian distribution point. Option may be exercised within
twelve (12) months from date of contract award.

Delivery
Delivery for Item 001 is highly desirable on or before 24 May
2013.

Debriefing
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
