The Department of National Defence requires the services of one
(1) Senior Life Cycle Management Specialist on an "as and when
requested" basis.

The services required are being solicited under Stream 5 -
Technical Support Services of the Technical, Engineering and
Maintenance Services Supply Arrangement (TEMS SA).

The period of the Contract is from date of award for a period of
one year with two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.

Director Land Command Systems Program Management (DLCSPM 2) -
Land Tactical Communications Equipment Life Cycle Materiel
Management Specialist is responsible for the life cycle
management of the Land Tactical Communication equipment hardware
and software in the Land Forces. A large part of this function
entails engineering and technical support of the Land Command
Support System (LCSS) and equipment used in the land tactical
environment. The LCSS is defined as the radios, the telephones,
switchboards and tactical fiber optic cables, Tactical
Navigation receivers, the Tactical Network and Iris sub-system
computer network, the semi-rugged Commercial off the shelf
(COTS) laptops and tablet Personal Computers (PC) and software
installed in Land Combat vehicles.
