Description of Work:
The Custom Solutions section requires the services of Programmer/Analysts (7) to enhance application solutions for the .NET platform in support of functional enhancement projects from business line clients.
Incumbent Information:
- The incumbent supplier is Excel Human Resources. Start Date: 06-09-2016 End Date: 31-03-2018 Value: $1,255,072.50

The RFP will only be open to the fifteen (15) suppliers mentioned on the NPP and we will not be adding any additional suppliers to this solicitation. DFATD has met the mandatory requirements under the PSPC TBIPS SA and we are confident that we will be receiving a sufficient number of proposals to make this a truly competitive process. With our current staffing limitations, we can’t invite additional proponents without creating undo process or inefficiencies within our procurement system.
