REQUIREMENT:
To provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform complete Locksmith Services at various locations on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), Edmonton, Alberta on an "as and when" requested basis.
It is the intention of the Department of National Defence’s (DND), Edmonton to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) effective for a period of three(3) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional periods of one-year each.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement onGovernment Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
Optional Site Visit
It is recommended that the Offeror or a representative of the Offeror visit the work site.

Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 23 May 2017 at15:00 MDT to confirm attendance.
