REQUIREMENT UNDER SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT NºEP486-070012/B FOR
FINANCIAL REAL ESTATE ADVISORY/INVESTMENT SERVICES
This requirement is for the department of: PUBLIC WORKS AND
GOVERNMENT SERVICES CANADA (PWGSC), REAL PROPERTY BRANCH (RPB).
This requirement is open ONLY to PWGSC Supply Arrangement
Holders who qualified under Supply Arrangement NºEP436-070012/B.
Services are required for the following work streams:
1- Portfolio and Deal Structuring Analysis
POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT MERX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS.
Note: If you are not currently a Supply Arrangement holder,
please be aware that the Supply Arrangement is refreshed usually
annually through a forty-day notice on the Government Electronic
Tendering System (MERX) to allow new suppliers to qualify and to
allow current SA holders to qualify for additional streams, if
any.

Real Property Advisory for Downtown Toronto
Requirement:
Real Property Branch (RPB) of the Department of Public Works and
Government Services Canada (PWGSC), requires a Contractor to
provide consulting services to conduct a space based exercise
for the preparation of a Feasibility Report (FR) to investigate
and analyze viable real property accommodation alternatives.
These alternatives will involve the most effective and cost
efficient portfolio solution for the accommodation needs of
client departments with an operational requirement to be located
in downtown Toronto.
The period of any resulting Contract is from date of Contract to
February 28, 2013.
Security Requirement:
1. The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of
the Contract, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening
(DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate
(CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
2. The Contractor personnel requiring access to PROTECTED
information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a
valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
3. The Contractor MUST NOT remove any PROTECTED information or
assets from the identified work site(s), and the Contractor must
ensure that its personnel are made aware of and comply with this
restriction.
4. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to
be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.
5. The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the:
(a) Security Requirements Check List, attached at Annex C;
(b) Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).
