Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide pickup and delivery services of medical specimens (i.e. blood, urine, etc.) and pharmaceuticals within the Ontario Region.
Objective: To pick up medical specimens from federal institutions and deliver to Kingston General Hospital, Hotel Dieu Hospital, or Kingston Public Health as well as pharmaceutical pickup and delivery.
Deliverables: To pick up medical specimens from the following federal institutions on a daily basis and deliver to either Kingston General Hospital, Kingston Public Health, or Hotel Dieu Hospital located in Kingston Ontario:
Bath Institution – 5775 Bath Road, Bath Ontario (including the Regional Treatment Centre once relocated)
Collins Bay Complex – 1455 Bath Road, Kingston Ontario
Joyceville Complex – Highway 15, PO Box 880, Kingston Ontario
Millhaven Institution, Regional Hospital and the Regional Treatment Centre – 5775 Bath Road, Kingston Ontario
Warkworth Institution – PO Box 760, Campbellford Ontario
To pick up pharmaceuticals from Correctional Service Canada Regional Pharmacy at 1455 Bath Road daily and deliver to Warkworth Institution, Campbellford Ontario
Expected Delivery Date: July1, 2015 to December 31, 2019.
