This Request for Proposal (RFP) is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders listed below who pre-qualified under Tier 1, Stream 4: Business Services - Business Transformation Architect and Business System Analyst against the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement (EN578-055605/C).
More specifically, this requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders below who pre-qualified under the following category:
Business Transformation Architect – Level 3 and Level 2
Business System Analyst - Level 3 and Level 2
To facilitate the process, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada has chosen to attach a copy of the RFP to this NPP to allow those suppliers who were not formally invited to bid on this requirement to submit a proposal should they wish to do so. Only suppliers listed on Annex A of this notice can submit a proposal. (Suppliers listed in Annex A of this notice should hereby consider themselves invited to bid (there is no requirement for the suppliers listed in Annex A to further request to be added to the invited bidders list).
Note: Any resulting Questions and Answers (Q&A) related to this RFP will be posted on GETS as they are issued. No Q&A will be emailed directly to any suppliers.
Description of the Requirement:
Multi-jurisdictional registry access service (MRAS)
Proposed Period of Contract:
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for one year, plus one (1) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
