The Canadian Space Agency (CSA), Saint Hubert, Quebec, requires on-site calibration services on a variety of laboratory equipment. Each piece of equipment listed below is in laboratories located at the same site. All calibration services are to be performed in a common lab area provided by CSA. CSA will be responsible for moving the instrument to the common lab area provided to perform the calibration services, and return the instrument back to its designated lab.
Term of Contract: The period will be from December 2015 date to March 31, 2017
Option to Extend the Contract: The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by an additional three (3) years period under the same terms and conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out inBasis of Payment.
