The RCMP requires the services of a firm for the cleaning and janitorial services of its Eastern Townships detachment.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The Period of the Contract shall be two (2) years from the date of the Contract Award with up to three (3) additional one (1) year period(s) applicable one at the time under the same conditions.

MANDATORY EVALUATION CRITERIA:
1) The bidder must meet all the mandatory technical specifications listed in Annex F of the RFP.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHOD:
The successful bidder will be selected on the basis of the lowest responsive bid. To be considered responsive, the tender submission must meet all the above mandatory criteria.
SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
A security clearance OF RCMP facility access will be required prior to contract award.
