To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the
provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment,
supervision, transportation required fort he provision of a
"Roll-off and Lugger Container" Waste Disposal service on an "as
and when requested" basis to the Department of National Defence
at Garrison Petawawa including the Ranges and Training areas and
the Pembroke Armouries. Containers to be provided range in size
from 12 to 40 yards. Contractor will be required to preform
periodic collection and disposal of collected refuse as required
by the Technical Authority. All waste will be disposed of at a
designated waste recovery facility or at the Garrison dry dump
as directed by the Technical Authorty.
The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer will
be from 01 July 2015 to 30 June 2018.

Documents Required:
1 Proof of insurance coverage which meets or exceeds the
coveragestipulated.
2 Copy of all Certificates of Approval, issued by the Ontario
Ministry of Environment and Energy, including for Waste
Management System, for a transfer station and for the final
destination site.
3 Copy of your company's Health and Safety Plan as it applies to
the work covered by this RFSO.
4 Copy of Mechanical Fitness Certificate for each vehicle
proposed for use on the Standing Offer.
5 Copy of WSIB Certificate of Compliance
6 Other documentation as detailed in Section 2 of the
Specification will be requested of the successful bidder, prior
to award.

procurement.
