For the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment,
transportation and supervision necessary for the for building
cleaning and grounds maintenance on a scheduled and "as and when
requested" basis for Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA),
Customs Port Lena, Lena, Manitoba as detailed in the Statement
of Work (included herein as Annex A). The period of the
Contract is from date of Contract award to November 30, 2014
inclusive, with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend
the Contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
