Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), has a requirement for the supply of Cable Television services to various locations at Candian Forces Base (CFB) Edmonton.Transmission of the service to the Site Point of Presence (PoP) must be achieved by means of fully dialectric fiber optic media or one-way satellite transmission. DND will be reponsible for all installations of television (be it cable or satellite) on the site.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
