This bid solicitation is for the acquisition of translation services for the Translation Bureau, from English to French in the field of "Border services", with a volume of up to 20,000,000 words. Canada may meet this requirement in whole or in part by awarding two contracts each, with a volume of up to 6,000,000 words, distributed as follows: 2,000,000 words for the initial period of one (1) year and up to 2,000,000 words over each of the two (2) one-year irrevocable option to extend the contract.
This bid solicitation is issued only to suppliers who are pre-qualified in the Tier 3 - field of Border services, from English to French, in accordance with the conditions of SA EN966-140305 . The following suppliers have been invited to submit a bid:
