Solicitation Amendment 002 is being raised to modify the
solicitation closing date from 2013-01-23 (02:00 PM EDT) to
2013-01-30 (02:00 PM EDT) and to answer questions received
during the solicitation period.
Amendment 003 to the Notice of the proposed procurement is being
raised to modify the solicitation closing date from 2013-01-23
(02:00 PM EDT) to 2013-01-30 (02:00 PM EDT).
Ste. Anne's Hospital, Veterans Affairs Canada, has a requirement
for paratransit services within the Greater Montreal Area,
including Vaudreuil/Soulanges, made up of the following services
on a regular schedule, as requested (Monday to Friday from 8
a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) And on a flexible schedule, as requested:
1. Transportation of clients by driver, using an adapted bus (16
passengers and 2 wheelchairs) supplied by the offeror.
2. Transportation of clients by driver, using an adapted bus
supplied by Ste. Anne's Hospital.
3. Transportation of various items by driver, using an adapted
bus (16 passengers and 2 wheelchairs) supplied by the offeror.
4. Transportation of various items by driver, using a five (5)
ton truck supplied by Ste. Anne's Hospital.
5. Adapted bus rental (16 passengers and 2 wheelchairs).
The period of the Standing Offer is one year, with two one year
option periods. One Standing Offer will be issued.
