The work consists of provision of secure armoured car pickup and transfer services to transport monies within the Lake Louise, Yoho, Kootenay National Parks (LLYK) Field Unit of Parks Canada and between this LLYK Field Unit and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Calgary Alberta.
The service is required two times per week in the busy summer months and less frequently (once per week) in the winter months.
The area includes:
- Lake Louise and Highway 93 North (Icefields Parkway) to Saskatchewan Crossing
- Town of Field in Yoho National Park
- Village of Radium Hot Springs in Kootenay National Park
The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, supervision and labour required to perform the work.
The period of work is July 1, 2015 to May 31, 2018 with two optional extension years.
