The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada
has a requirement for Regional Individual Standing Offer at the
Freshwater Institute Building, 501 University Crescent,
Winnipeg, Manitoba. The work under the requirement comprises
all labour, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision
necessary for the performance of electrical maintenance and
alterations to electrical facilities including underground
electrical distribution systems on an as and when required basis
during the period of the Standing Offer.
The Standing Offer will be valid for a period of one year, with
the option to extend for two additional one-year periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), The
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
