Environment Canada EC has a requirement for janitorial services for the buildings and facilities
at the Cap Tourmente National Wildlife Area located at:
Cap Tourmente National Wildlife Area
570 Cap Tourmente Road
Saint-Joachim, Quebec G0A 3X0
The Contractor will be responsible for the maintenance of the following buildings in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex «A»:
1) the Petite Ferme administrative centre
2) the workshop area
3) the public washrooms (Petite Ferme area)
4) the Interpretation Centre
5) the barn
The period of the contract is from June 1st 2016 to May 31st, 2017, with the possibility to extend the contract for a maximum of four (4) additional period of one (1) year each.
