Notice of Proposed Procurement
Communications Consulting Services
The Accounting, Banking and Compensation (ABC) Branch of Public
Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement
for the provision of communication services to assist with the
continued implementation of the initiatives within the
Transformation of Pension Administration agenda and the
Transformation of Pay Administration Initiative along with other
keys initiatives.
The work is to be performed within National Capital Region (NCR).
The period of the contract is from contract issue to December
31, 2014, with an irrevocable option granted by the contractor
to Canada to extend the term of the contract by up to 2
additional periods of 1 year under the same conditions.
The work will be provided on an "as-and-when requested" basis
and authorized through the issuance of Task Authorizations
(TAs), within the parameters specified in the contract, provided
there are sufficient funds remaining in the contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
