For the provision of all material, equipment, labour, tools,
transportation and supervision necessary to provide as and when
required Helicopter services to expedite travel in the training
area, and transport personnel for The Department of National
Defence, CFB Suffield.
The period of the Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is for one year
from date of issuance with Canada retaining an irrevocable
option to extend the SOA for an additional two (2) consecutive
one (1) year periods. Work will be completed in accordance with
the Statement of Work and terms and conditions specified herein.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement
of the Standing Offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
