The Contractor shall provide Electrical repair and maintenance Services at Nova Institution, Truro, Nova Scotia on an “as and when required” basis.
The above shall consist of but not be limited to;
-preventive maintenance to all electrical distribution panels throughout the complex as per our preventive maintenance plan;
-change out electrical lighting ballast throughout the institution as required;
-change out electrical plugs and light fixture as required;
-the contractor may be required to pull in new wires to provide new electrical services to various areas of the institution; and
-trouble shoot electrical faults of various electrical devices such as electrical motors, electrical power to appliances, lighting devices and heating devices and suggest appropriate repair.
Electrical repair and maintenance services shall be provided to all buildings within the main institution compound as well as the housing units at Nova Institution.
