Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for: Department of Public Works and
Government Services Canada (PWGSC)

PWGSC has a requirement for resources in the following
Categories of Personnel and levels:

WORKSTREAM 1
Business Consultant - Level 2;
Business Systems Analyst - Level 2;
Business Systems Analyst - Level 3;
Courseware Developer - Level 3;
Help Desk Specialist - Level 2;
IM Architect - Level 2;

WORKSTREAM 2
GIS Applications Analyst - Level 3; and
GIS System Architect - Level 3.

This requirement is open ONLY to bidders that are qualified Tier
2 Holders of a Task Based Informatics Professional Services
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangement. The RFP is issued against the
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number
EN578-055605/D. All terms and conditions of the SA apply & shall
be incorporated into any resulting contract.

Description of the requirement:

PWGSC requires a team of dedicated IT professionals address
specific IT needs in order to help the Knowledge Management &
Systems directorate (KM&S) achieve their operational and
strategic objectives, including meeting the demands of the Real
Property business lines and prepare the data in the existing
systems for the migration to the NOVUS solution.

It is anticipated that a maximum of two contracts will be
awarded for this requirement, one for each of its Workstreams.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of each contract will be for 1 year with
Canada retaining irrevocable options to extend the contract for
up to 2 additional 1-year periods.
