The objective of the requirement is to support Environment and Climate Change Canada’s National Accommodation Strategy Branch during the relocation of staff located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Consultant will act as ECCC’s liaison with the Project Managers from both Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) and Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) to ensure that ECCC’s real property requirements are properly defined and delivered during the transition period.
