The National Energy Board (NEB) has a requirement for a consultant to manage the project and provide subject matter expert in defining:

A set of methodologies for each performance indicator;
A map of data sources/ sets used for each indicator;
A defined process for collection, analysis and reporting on indicators, and
A reporting template inclusive of all Departmental Results Framework (DRF) performance used to inform senior management, CEO and central agencies on NEB’s performance. It is intended that the results will be reported externally on an annual basis in the DRF
