Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC)
requires services in the Business Consulting/Change Management
Class. This requirement will be for a three (3) years, with
irrevocable option for two (2) additional one (1) year period.
The Accounting, Banking and Compensation Branch (ABCB) of PWGC
is responsible for managing a number of key centralized
functions and services including Banking and Cash Management,
Central Accounting and Reporting, Cheque Redemption Control and
Compensation Management.
Canada is seeking to establish a contract for the Project and
Program Advisory Services for ABCB on an "as and when requested"
basis, to provide a range of review, assessment and advisory
services with respect to various programs, projects and other
activities managed by ABCB in carrying out its mandate.

NOTE: Task-Based Professional Services (TSPS) Task based Methods
of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was
established as a result of extensive consultation with industry.
