RFP SCOPE
Farm Credit Canada (FCC) is seeking qualified Advisory Partners to support the delivery of expert advisory services to our clients and prospects across Canada. These services are integral to FCC’s mission of strengthening the success of Canadian agriculture by providing tailored business advice and solutions.
FCC is currently partnered with a third party, a specialized advisory firm that has been delivering services to FCC clients. However, to scale and expand the program, FCC seeks additional partners who can provide expertise in areas such as financial management, strategic planning, risk management, succession planning, and other key business advisory services.
The selected Advisory Partners will collaborate with FCC’s existing internal teams and network of external advisors to enhance the delivery of customized advisory services. These services are a critical component of FCC’s overall strategy to support the growth and sustainability of Canadian agriculture by offering clients innovative business solutions. This initiative aligns with FCC’s 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, which emphasizes customer-centricity, operational excellence, and the creation of long-term value for Canadian producers and agri-businesses.

RFP PARTICULARS
All conditions for Proponent participation are included in the RFP documents.
Duration of Contract: Three base year – starting end of February 2025
Options: Two option years – one year each.

NOTE: All times are CST – Saskatchewan. The above dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of FCC. Any changes to the RFP Schedule will be communicated to all Proponents via amendment on MERX.
RFP PROCESS CONSIDERATIONS
This opportunity is covered under the provisions of Chapter 5 (Government Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter 19 (Government Procurement) of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
FCC is subject to the Official Languages Act (Canada). Proponents may choose to respond to this RFP in their official language of choice (English or French).
This opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, and is not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the Work described in the RFP Scope, and may cancel the RFP at any time. FCC’s procurement process allows for consecutive or concurrent negotiations between FCC and one (1) or multiple Proponents, prior to awarding a Contract.

Proposals submitted in other formats, by other methods or through any other means, or after the RFP Closing Date/Time specified in the RFP, may be rejected by FCC.
