Asset and Leasing Advisory and Mentoring Service

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) have a requirement for the provision of Asset and Leasing Advisory and Mentoring Service to meet its quality assurance and operational requirements. It includes but not limited to Government Real Property coaching and knowledge transfer and assist in the development and documentation of leasing processes, assist Department of Justice to complete the Municipal Occupancy template and the process mapping of Municipal negotiations guideline to support upper management financial decision making.
