Public Works and Government Services has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for undertaking general mechanical work including Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing and Gas Fitting, as and when required, in accordance with the specifications at Annex A at the following Correctional Service Canada (CSC) institutions; Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert; Regional Psychiatric Centre, Saskatoon; and Willow Cree Healing Lodge, Duck Lake.
It is PWGSC's intention to authorize one (1) Standing Offer for a period of 3 years. It is to be noted that Canada is not obliged to exercise the option.
The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $630,000.00 (GST or HST included). Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of $100,000.00 (GST or HST included). Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up; PWGSC will issue call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.
