REISSUE OF BID SOLICITATION:

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 202505648A dated November 26, 2025 with a closing of January 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.

Description:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) laboratories require accreditation services.

The standard under which the laboratories have been accredited is an International recognized standard: ISO/IEC 17025. The laboratories have maintained their accreditation status since their initial assessments in the years 2000-2004. The current accreditation certificate expires September 2026. The audits required for re-certification must take place on or before the month of September 2026.

The contract period will be for four years from the date of contract.

The Contractor’s resource(s) are required to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access Level 2, as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

Basis of selection: Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price
