Summary
PWGSC requires a Contract Performance Analyst (CPA) services to review & recommend Natural Gas Supply Management (NGSM) proposals for fixed rate natural gas commodity, verify and report on the performance of the NGSM, including quantities of natural gas delivered price paid, timeliness of related services and accuracy of record keeping and billing, and performance of the NGSM contract in meeting NGSM objectives.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment equity applies to this procurement; refer to Part 5 Certifications and Additional Information, Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses and the annex titled Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity - Certification.
