Full description

ESDC requires the professional services of the Contractor’s training facilitators to support the development of employees’ skills working in a call centre, section 60.02 of the Program and Administrative Services (PA) Collective Agreement states that all call centre employees shall be provided the opportunity to participate in at least one (1) day of facilitated training on crisis intervention. In addition, all call centre employees shall be provided the opportunity to participate in a minimum of two (2) days training annually on matters related to working in a call centre, such as training to reinforce coping skills.
