The National Capital Commission (NCC) is the owner of an extensive urban forest located in the National Capital Region (NCR). The NCC would like to retain the services of qualified arboriculture contractors to provide tree and stumping removal in the NCR region as per the attached specification. The NCC will accept offers in all categories or as few as one category. Contractors can specify if they work in Ontario, Quebec or both provinces.
It is not necessary to bid on all eleven (11) service categories. You may bid on any category or all eleven (11).
Category 1 Crew 1 Lowest sum of 2 hourly rates per province ; standard & emergency service
Category 2 Crew 2 Lowest sum of 2 hourly rates per province; standard & emergency service
Category 3 Tree removal Lowest sum of 4 unit rates in the specified caliper sizes per province
Category 4 Tree removal Lowest sum of 4 unit rates in the specified caliper sizes per province
Category 5 Tree removal Lowest sum of 4 unit rates in the specified caliper sizes per province
Category 6 Stump removal - entire stump and debris Lowest sum of 4 unit rates in the specified caliper sizes per province
Category 7 Stump removal - entire stump and debris Lowest sum of 4 unit rates in the specified caliper sizes per province
Category 8 Stump removal - entire stump and debris Lowest sum of 4 unit rates in the specified caliper sizes per province
Category 9 Stump removal - grazed stump debris left on site Lowest sum of 4 unit rates in the specified caliper sizes per province
Category 10 Stump removal - grazed stump debris left on site Lowest sum of 4 unit rates in the specified caliper sizes per province
Category 11 Stump removal - grazed stump debris left on site Lowest sum of 4 unit rates in the specified caliper sizes per province
