Summary
A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO), for the provision
of all labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and
supervision necessary to provide motorcoach/highway cruiser
buses(40 passenger and above) with operators, on an "as
required" basis for the Department of National Defence (DND),
Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta.
Period of the Standing Offer
The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is
from date of issue for a three year period.
Basis of Selection
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for
Standing Offers to be declared responsive. The responsive offer
with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance
of a standing offer.
Insurance Requirements
The Offeror must provide a letter from an insurance broker or an
insurance company licensed to operate in Canada stating that
the Offeror, if issued a standing offer as a result of the
request for standing offer, can be insured in accordance with
the Insurance Requirements specified in Annex "C".
