A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply of all
labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and
supervision necessary to provide laundry and drycleaning
services to the Department of National Defence, 15 Wing Moose
Jaw, Supply Clothing/Publication Store, Moose Jaw, SK on an as
required basis from issuance of the standing offer - 31 March
2014, with an option to extend for an additional two (2) year
option period, from 1 April 2014 - 31 March 2016.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Offers will be assessed and accepted on a low aggregate
basis. Low aggregate will be determined by multiplying the
estimated quantity by the unit price for all line items
including the option years.The resulting extensions will be
totaled to arrive at the lowest aggregate total.

A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation
to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
