To provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment,
transportation and supervision necessary to perform complete
Laundry and Dry Cleaning services on behalf of the Department of
National Defence (DND) at 17 Wing, Winnipeg. The services are
both scheduled and project services (repairs etc). The service
will be provided to various buildings at the Canadian Forces
Base (CFB), 17 Wing. The period of the Contract is from date of
Contract award (approximately 01 December 2013) to 31 November
2014 with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the
Contract for a period of two (2) additional consecutive one (1)
year periods. Work shall be completed in accordance with the
Statement of Work and terms and conditions specified herein.

The requirement is subject to the provisions the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
