1. SUMMARY:
A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of
all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and
supervision necessary for laundry and dry cleaning services on a
required basis for the Department of National Defence (DND), 4
Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake Alberta in accordance with the terms
and conditions contained herein.
There will be one Standing Offer accepted; the period of the
Standing Offer will be from the date of issuance until the end
of a three (3) year period.
2 . TRADE AGREEMENTS:
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)
3. METHOD OF SELECTION:
The responsive offer meeting the point rated, mandatory
criteria, along with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for issuance of the standing offer.
