The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has a requirement for the professional services of a Consultant team of three (3) experienced Employment Equity Consultants (Senior) specializing in individual and group coaching services related to equity, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism, to DFATD managers as well as participants (sponsors and protégés) of the Deputy Ministers Pilot Sponsorship Program (DMPSP). This requirement is for a one (1) year period with the option of two additional one (1) year periods.
