5% of the estimated total value, or at least one (1) standing
offer, has been set aside for call-up(s) for procurement set
aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for
Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered as an
Aboriginal Business, an Offeror must certify that it qualifies
as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will
comply with all requirements of PSAB.
Requirement: To provide Regional Master Standing Offers for
Communications Services to Federal Government Departments and
Agencies requesting services in Atlantic Canada (New-Brunswick,
Nova-Scotia, Prince-Edward-Island, Newfoundland and Labrador).
Services will be provided, on an as and when requested basis,
during the period from 01 December 2012 to 30 November 2014.
Offerors may submit an offer for any section of the Statement of
Work: Writing Services, Graphics Services, Photographic
Services, General Public Relations and Creative Services,
Communications and Marketing Services. To qualify as a "Full
Service Agency" an Offeror must submit an Offer for all 5
sections of the Statement of Work.
A maximum of 25 standing offers will be issued with offerors
meeting the conditions listed in Request for Standing Offer.
This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
