Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to
retain an individual
consulting firm or joint venture to provide professional design
services for office fit-up for 1st,
2nd, and 3rd floors, Victory Building, 269 Main Street,
Winnipeg, MB, as more fully
described in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
The Prime Consultant will provide full design services for:
preparation of design; construction tender documents; contract
administration; cost, scheduling and project control; and
commissioning services
This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection
process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical
information, and at the same time, they must also submit their
cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure that
information related to costs are not included with the technical
portion of the proposal.
Proponents shall be licensed, or eligible to be licensed,
certified or otherwise authorized to provide the necessary
professional services to the full extent that may be required by
provincial or territorial law in the province of Manitoba.
A site visit will be held on November 5, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the
Victory Building., 269 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB. Interested
Bidders are to meet in the front lobby.
This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.
