IntroductionThe Executive Group Services (EGS) and Client Services (CS) Classification & Organizational Design (COD) Units, within the Human Resources Services Directorate (HRSD) in Corporate Services Branch (CSB) is responsible for providing a full range of classification and organizational design advice and services for EX and non-EX positions at Health Canada (HC) and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). In order to meet significant workload pressures, the organization has identified the need for EX and non-EX work description writing, evaluation and organizational design services to ensure COD resources are focused on the overarching management of classification and organizational design services and the provision of timely classification advice, guidance and expertise to clients.
Objectives of the Requirement
The Contractor must provide work description writing, evaluation and organizational design expertise for EX and non-EX positions to support management in the development of new positions, the review and update of existing positions and for reorganizations.
