IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS Government of Canada is moving

Summary:
Public Works and Goverment Services Canada requires janitorial
services for the Canadian Coast Guard in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

The period of the Contract is from August 1 2013 to July 31,
2014 inclusive with the option for four (4) additional one (1)
year periods under the same conditions.

Security Requirement:
There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement.

Code of Conduct:
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003 and 2004,
Bidders must submit a complete list of names of all individuals
who are currently directors of the Bidder. Furthermore, as
determined by the Special Investigations Directorate,
Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list
may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation.

Optional Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site on June 13, 2013 at 11:30am at the front
entrance of the Canadian Coast Guard, 50 Discovery Drive,
Dartmouth, NS.

Mandatory Criteria:
1. Contractor's qualifications in accordance with Annex F,
Mandatory Technical Criteria
2. Working On-site Supervisors qualifications in accordance with
Annex F, Mandatory Technical Criteria;
3. Submission of prices and rates in accordance with Annex B,
Basis of Payment.
4. Complete list of proposed security-cleared personnel, at
Annex G.
