Janitorial Services - DRDC

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
provision of all labour, equipment, tools and supervision
required to provide Janitorial Service at Defence Research and
Development Canada, Atlantic Reasearch Cetre, Building DA1-Main
Building, Dartmouth, NS.

There are available floor plans for the additional buildings.
These floor plans can be obtained by contacting the contracting

902-496-5016 respectively.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) contains MANDATORY requirements
at solicitation closing date ( See PART 4-EVALUATION PROCEDURES
AND BASIS OF SELECTION of RFP).

1.0 Mandatory Contractor's Experience and Past Performance
To be considered responsive, a bid must meet all of the
following mandatory evaluation criteria. Bids not meeting all of
the mandatory requirements will be given no further
consideration.

The bidder must provide evidence of its experience and past
performance by referencing three (3) projects or contracts
satisfactorily rendered for a minimum of two (2) consecutive
years within the past five (5) years (dating back to January 1,
2010), wherein the range of janitorial services provided are
comparable to those described in this Request for Proposal
(RFP).

A space that is a minimum of 50% of the size (7,395 m².)

2.0 The bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance
on or before bid closing.

Period of this Services contract will be six (6) months initial
period plus six, 3 month option periods, if required.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no
less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to

This requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), and World
Trade Organization- Agreement on Government Procurement
(WTO-AGP).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
